Detailed Description
This is amazing opportunity to travel to Chile in South America to teach at Craighouse, a modern international school in Santiago. This is a 40-day work placement.
The Craighouseprimary section caters for children aged 4-11. All lessons in the school are taught in English and you will be placed in a classroom with one of the teachers, working alongside them to deliver the International Baccalaureate’s Primary Years Programme.
Dates: 17th June 2026 - 15th August 2026
All PIoE undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
Craighouse school will meet us at the airport on arrival. You will then have some orientation activities in Santiago with a member of the University academic team to support you and a few days to recover from the journey.

Your costs:
•Transport to and from the UK airport we fly from (you will need to arrange this for yourself)
•Travel insurance (it is your responsibility to arrange this)
•Food and personal living costs
Deposit of £118 to be paid by 6th February followed by £118 to be paid every month* until the remaining balance has been paid. Or this can be paid in full at any time.
