Face-to-face training delivered over two days in person with two remote supervision sessions at 6 weeks and 6 months. 

Develop core competences in FIT through hands-on practice with individual feedback from peers and course leads. Experience FIT from a client’s perspective. We support your skills development with group masterclass sessions delivered remotely at 6 weeks and 6 months after training. The course fee includes assessment of your FIT skills.

This course is aimed at healthcare practitioners, coaches, and psychotherapists with experience in person-centred, empathic communication. Eligible participants will have: a recognised healthcare or coaching qualification; and training in motivational interviewing or successful completion of the Communication Skills for Behaviour Change course.
