This award winning iconic building which houses the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, has spectacular and unique facilities; Two lecture theatres, a cinema, a large exhibition space offering diverse use, cafe with balcony overlooking the city, and large flexible classroom/breakout spaces.

The building was designed by internationally acclaimed architects Henning Larsen, well-known for their work on the Royal Danish Opera House and the Olympic Village in New York. The building has been part-financed by the European Union, European Regional Development Fund and the South West of England Regional Development Agency.
