A Transcript will detail the modules studied and marks obtained for each year of your course. On occasions there may be insufficient information to produce a transcript. In this instance we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
Please note, documents will usually be processed and posted within 10 working days. During exceptionally busy periods (July, August and September) processing can take up to 20 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: the cost is £12.50 per academic year required.
As transcripts are regarded as personal information, they therefore can only be requested by the student. Should you be applying on behalf of a student, we will require the student’s written permission (with signature) to provide this information.
Students who have outstanding debts to PCMD will not be eligible to receive transcripts.
All transcripts will be marked either ‘duplicate’ or ‘copy’.
