Replacement University Cards
Please use this facility to order and pay for the replacement of a lost student or staff card. Orders placed through the eStore may take up to three working days to be available for collection from Plymouth sites and up to seven working days for other sites. If you need your card faster than this, please visit the Card Office, bringing proof of Identity and a means to pay the £5 replacement fee.
This facility is for the replacement of lost cards only.
- Damaged/ faulty cards can be brought to the Card Office for free replacement.
- If your card has been stolen, you should bring a Crime Reference Number and proof of ID to the Card Office and your card will be replaced free of charge.
- If you have changed your name, you will need to let your Faculty know this and provide relevant documentation. Once your name has been changed on the University’s central system, please bring your card to the Card Office and we will produce your new card free of charge.

You can select the location you wish to collect your card from during the payment process. Please check the details you enter carefully to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible.
