Please note if you graduated before 1993, we are unable to provide a degree transcript because detailed module information is unavailable from this time. We are however, able to provide you with an award verification letter, or alumni certificate, which will confirm the course studied and the award obtained (if applicable)

A Transcript will detail the modules studied and marks obtained for each year of your course. On occasion there may be insufficient information to produce a transcript. In this instance we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
We are unable to produce transcripts for the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry students. If you studied within this college, please order your transcript from THIS PAGE.
Please note the cost is £15.00 per academic year. If you need more than one academic year please ensure to add the correct amount of transcripts to your basket.
Documents will usually be processed and posted within 7 working days. During exceptionally busy periods processing can take up to 10 working days.
