When booking your place it is important that your name is EXACTLY the same as on your passport or other travel document. This is the name that will be used for booking flights, and any differences will either incur extra costs or you will not be allowed to board the aircraft.

If you are not an EU citizen it is your responsibility to check if a visa is needed and if so, to obtain and pay for one at your own expense. This normally has to be done in London after the flights and hotel bookings have been confirmed.
